Our Story
We’re Richard and Louise and we started Accounting and Beyond because we’ve seen first-hand just how tough running a small business really is.
Small business owners are often overlooked when it comes to support. They’re expected to juggle everything — finances, sales, marketing, operations, staff, compliance — usually with little support, no sounding board, and not nearly enough time.
We’ve worked with business owners who lie awake at night worrying not about bad ideas, but about being alone in the process. Because the truth is, most small businesses don’t fail for lack of talent or ambition — they fail from lack of supportive expertise in areas new to them.
For too long, accountancy was just about the numbers. Tax returns. Historical reports. A brief check-in once a year.
